I joined Caistor First Responders after my wife had been taken seriously ill with a heart complaint, when I realised how little I knew should anyone have a heart attack I joined LIVES.

I did my initial training to become a First Responder after some experience I followed by doing the Intermediate course.

Its nice to think you have helped someone in the community.
