When I saw the advert for LIVES, it seemed an ideal opportunity to assist the local community and raise my own knowledge of emergency First Aid.

 It was so rewarding that I also took the opportunity of becoming the group trainer.

This has given me great satisfaction, especially when volunteers in our group are praised for their knowledge and skill levels.
